Ben Bauman has worked in insurance since 1992. He began his career with a large life insurance company, where he learned the procedures and processes of the insurance industry.
After six years, Ben joined North Central Insurance Agency in a customer service role because he wanted to understand how an independent agency could serve clients more effectively.
In July 2001, an ownership opportunity became available. Ben purchased the agency and began expanding its insurance companies, product lines, and broker relationships to create more ways to serve clients.
His leadership philosophy is grounded in doing the right thing, offering competitive products, and matching appropriate coverage to each person's individual needs.
